It is time now to book your counselling session

When you have your referral, please fax that through (CONFIDENTIAL - 02 9129 5498) OR email to: [email protected]

Then... click on the link below to book and pay for your session. You will be sent a receipt, along with text and email reminder for your session.

You will receive an email with a link to join the session 24 hours before your appointment time. Please ensure you are in a confidential and quiet setting for your counselling session. 

PLEASE include your telephone number on the booking form so that you can be telephoned if there are any IT difficulties.

Please book your session for a time that suits you

Generally the steps are the same for booking a session as if you have a referral, however, miss the steps about seeking a referral.

When you click on the Link, you will be taken to an online calender to choose your session and pay your fee. From there, you will receive an invoice along with text and email reminders and an email with the link to join your session. You will receive that link 24 hours before your booked session.

It is important that you include your telephone number on the booking form so that you can be called if there are any IT difficulties. Please ensure you are in a confidential and quiet setting for your counselling session.

Please complete the form on the right and you will receive a prompt reply during business hours. This is a private practice which means appointments are limited in availability, however there are options for business or after hour appointments via telephone or online. 

A Referral from a Medical Practitioner is needed if you are seeking a rebate from Medicare or DVA. Sessions are available for either 30  or 50 minutes at each booking.
