Generally the steps are the same for booking a session as if you have a referral, however, miss the steps about seeking a referral.
When you click on the Link, you will be taken to an online calender to choose your session and pay your fee. From there, you will receive an invoice along with text and email reminders and an email with the link to join your session. You will receive that link 24 hours before your booked session.

Referrals from a Medical Practitioner are needed if you are seeking a rebate from Medicare although not necessary. Appointments are available online only.
