Resilient Mindshift for Carers Workshop
Enavant Therapeutic Services is offering Resilient Mindshift for Carers...for those who professionally care for others and who are at risk of emotional exhaustion.
Each session and each workshop is neuro science based, trauma informed, strengths based, evidence based and presented by caring professionals with relevant expertise.
How does it work?
Workshops are planned throughout the year and are fours hours in duration. The format is 2 hours (with refreshment break), lunch and then a further 2 hour session also with a refreshment break. The workshop participant numbers are capped, so it is best to book early.
You do not need a referral, however, you will need to participate in an Intake session via Telehealth and that will take 30 mins.
After your intake session, you will be added to a list and as the workshops become available, you will be invited to join.
Or, you may choose to join the 12 week, Resilient Mindshift for Carers (online) program. For that program, you will need a referral from your medical practitioner as the sessions are funded by Medicare.
The 1:1 sessions are conducted with caring, experienced clinicians who are qualified in a range of psychological strategies.
What we need from you

We will contact you via email first to let you know what number we will be contacting you on.
We will then telephone you to complete the Intake session - usually via telehealth.
Confirmation email will be sent about the workshop date (you will have plenty of notice).
You are also invited to participate in the 1:1 sessions however, you will need a referral form your Medical Practitioner for the 12 session Resilient Mindshift for Carers program.
PR6 Assessment
If you wish (not compulsory) you may participate in a short questionnaire that will provide you with feedback on the areas of Vision, Composure, Reasoning, Health, Tenacity and Collaboration. The report will help you to know what areas to focus on and is yours to keep.

Resilience is perhaps the most valuable and far reaching life skill you can develop. Resilience helps you stay motivated, build confidence and achieve lasting sense of well being that no one can take away from you.
Real Life Strategies
You will be supported to learn practical strategies in a safe and caring environment with a Presenter that is experienced working with those who have experienced trauma.
Groups are capped at 10-15. All participants must have a 30 minute Telehealth interview prior to being accepted into the workshop
